Q. Tell About Your Self ? ,

Ans. I am Ramniwas form Jaipur. I have done BTECH in 2008 form Makhan lal university. I have 6 years of experience. I am doing work since 2007 web designing and Development.

                 About my family in my family 6 members Mother, Father , Sister , brother and my wife.

Q. Why should I hire you? Ans.  You can hire me as you know I am a fresher. I have enough qualifications. I am a quick learner and adjustable type. I'm waiting for an opportunity to show my talents in a high rank company so if you hire me I assure you that I will give my very best to improve the standard of our company.

Q. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths: 1. Friendly nature. 2. Quick learner. 3. Positive attitude towards life. My Weakness: 1. Shy person. 2. Emotional when failure occurs.

Q. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Ans. Confidence means you are totally aware of your decisions and how they affect your surroundings.

Overconfidence means you intentionally ignore all the parameters and brutally makes a decision.

Q. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Ans. I found that My Technical skills are match your requirents. Where I can socase my technical skills and personal growth and financial growth. I will do my best for the growth of your company for a long period of time.
